		<description>2.4G on a 24Gbyte disk seems a waste of space! Led TV&#039;s are around the corner and will blow away all the others. I still use LCD though.</description>

		<description>The hype is now finally tested by a real live person.  There isn&#039;t anything better than the satisfaction of seeing Blu-ray in action.

However based on the speeds that they burn it is still too slow for anything to be determined.  Many writers out there don&#039;t live up to their specification.  Some examples of notebooks with internal bluray recorders have the drive functioning in PIO mode and not DMA which craps out the speeds of the data being recorded to the medium.

Maybe in another 6 months another test needs to be made to see if there is any improvement of this new technology.  In the meantime this just reminds me of when I first got my Pioneer DVR-A04 2x DVD-R drive.  Man those bring back memories.... so nostalgic!</description>
